Terms and Conditions

To purchase a course you must register for an account with accurate, current and complete information, including a valid email address and a 10-digit Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Platform, including any purchases.

Each account is personal to one student. Accounts may not be shared, transferred or resold. We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate accounts, at our reasonable discretion in accordance with Section 9.

All content on the Platform — including lessons, notes, worked examples, quizzes, question banks, flashcards, figures, formula sheets, downloadable materials, software, design and branding — is the intellectual property of Bodhyn or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

On enrolment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the enrolled course content for your own private, non-commercial study during your access period. Downloadable study materials may be retained for personal use only. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise share any course content with any third party;
• record, screen-capture, scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or use it to train any software or machine-learning system;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice;
• share your account credentials or allow anyone else to use your enrolment;
• use the content to create competing products, coaching materials or services.

Any use of the content outside this licence is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us in law.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is shown at checkout and reflected on your tax invoice. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

Courses and bundles are sold as one-time payments for a fixed access duration (for example 3, 6 or 12 months) as selected by you at checkout. There are no automatic renewals and no recurring charges.

We may revise prices, plans or discounts at any time. Price changes do not affect access already purchased. Discount coupons apply only at the time of purchase, subject to their stated conditions.

Courses are digital products delivered electronically. Access is normally activated immediately upon realization of payment, and in any event within 1–3 business days of payment realization. Your access period runs from the date of activation for the duration purchased, after which access expires unless renewed. Renewing before or after expiry extends access from your current expiry date or the renewal date, as shown at checkout.

Because courses are digital products with immediate delivery, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers or networks, or circumvent any access or security controls;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Platform provides study materials and practice tools intended to support exam preparation. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee of any particular examination score, rank, admission, selection or other academic outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the conduct of the relevant examination authorities.

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or causes beyond our reasonable control (including internet, hosting or payment-network failures). Such temporary unavailability does not extend access periods or entitle you to any refund or credit.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without refund, if you breach these Terms — including account sharing, content redistribution, abusive conduct, payment fraud or initiation of an unwarranted chargeback. You may stop using the Platform at any time; stopping use does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. While we take care to keep content accurate and aligned with official syllabi, we do not warrant that content is free of errors or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodhyn, its proprietor, employees and content partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or academic opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Bodhyn for the specific course or bundle giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bodhyn and its proprietor, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may modify, add to or discontinue features of the Platform, and may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
